Science fiction, fantasy, and horror tend to be lumped in together in bookstores. Do you think they should be? Do you like some types better than others?

personally im into more of the Fantasy but i love all of them and think since most who like one of them like all of them they should be together in the book store like that. but ya know thats just my opinion.
well theyre all fiction so shouldnt they?
4 sections, Horror, Science Fiction, Science Fantasy, Fantasy. Right next to each other, and in that order. I haven't read to much Fantasy that could be considered horror... but as a PhillipKDick fan, I've read alot of SciFi that would fit in Horror very well.
Personally, I've always been into fantasy waayyy more than anything else. My favorite of all time will always be the Black Jewels Trilogy. Absolutely love that trilogy. I recommend it to anyone.
science fiction and fantasy are similar, but not the same. horror is different.
I only see Fantasy and SciFi together in bookstores here. Actually, I haven't seen any Horror books really. Besides Stephen King, but I'm uncertain that he's really a Horror author (feel free to slap me for that)
Many, many years ago when I was learning to be a book handler, I had an argument with the bookshop manager about putting fantasy and scifi together. He told me that there was no difference between fantasy and scifi, and they handled exactly the same themes. I gave him The Hobbit and Day of the Triffids to read. We separated scifi, fantasy and horror shortly afterwards.
