I'm obviously tweaking a few things, as well as working on a lot of cool stories and such, and I wanted to know what your thoughts are on the articles and stuff we have on BlueBlood.net so far. Feedback would very much be appreciated.

Like I've said elsewhere, things look good in every part of the site that I've investigated. I do have a REALLY minor gripe about the boards, and if there's no easy solution to it, blow it off, but here goes: I HATE graphical smileys. Always have, and I know I'm not completely alone on this. If you have a way to enable a "turn off graphical smileys" feature easily, please, by all means, do it. If not, don't worry about it, as, like I said, it's a really minor gripe about an otherwise great board setup.
Hahaha... Amelia LOVES smilies, so you might be out of luck. I think she's already collecting up a bunch more, so, I guess, welcome to your own smilie hell...
I think there is a way to disable them in your personal preferences, but . . . :p
Wasn't under "edit options", where I'd expect it to be, so it's probably not a feature I can turn off. No big deal, I'm just one of those crotchety types who remembers when there were no graphical smileys on the 'net. Uphill. Both ways. And we were THANKFUL. :P
Nope! wait! It's in "Advanced Mode" in the posting form! Woohoo!
(Note to self: examine feature sets of message boards more carefully)
ahhh...I am gong to actually get some rest...but so far I feel privileged to happen upon this ....and will add you to a lj post ..even though I have no friends lol.
Glad you won't have to suffer too much. [INSERT WINKING SMILIE HERE]Originally Posted by mybigblackcockdotcom

Ok, I know this might sound hokey (and may possibly get me thrown off the list) but what about Blue Blood taking a person who obviously does not have all of your really cool fashion sense (someone like....oh....ME perhaps) and does a total makeover? Could do a series of before/after photos. Just a thought.
