"Freddy, My Love" It is in the theatre version but not the movie. They were stoked on me until I started stepping on toes when we had to dance to "Who put the bop" I guess I could be the less coordinated, wicked verison of Zuko.

Well you won't have to dance in the Blue Blood version. Just sort of sleepwalk...

What do you think Amelia, sort of a cross between "Grease", and "Night of The Living Dead", with lots of Gothic Sluts?

I really think that Amelia should do a Blue Blood DVD.

Oh, I lost another pound. The pound that I lost on Monday and gained back, I just lost it again....

I know, this is just so fascinating!!!

Do a juice fast the week before your shoot. Then go back to normal dining as soon as you are done.

Just order no steak and have cole slaw... How depressing....

I just want to have that tiny, caved in stomach look that goes so well with lingerie...
I dunno, all I did was eat less and I've already lost like 60lbs, and not much more to go. I'm cruising at about 190 right now, which is mostly muscle. I don't look it, though. I have a very slender skeletal structure, so I'm more muscular that I look.

Originally I just cut out sugar and lowered the carbs (no, not that bullshit Atkins diet) and it made a difference at first. Now I just find I eat so little whenever I do have sugar it goes straight to energy.

There's no really easy way, though; other than a lot of running.

    Love, JJ Slash

a little late but for the future high protein low carb diets were designed and really are meant for short term weight loss.. most commonly and correctly they are used for body building competition becuase when done right they can put the body into ketosis (burning fat while sparing muscle)

some other very important points are to always eat after excercising... during your excercise you do damage to your body but afterwards your body continues to break down fat (which is good) but proportionally more muscle(which is bad) to work on fixing the damage as well as getting the body ready for action as quickly as possible...unfortunately this quick fix doesn't help the body on the long term.

so by eating after you excercise you give your body the fuel to heal the damage while preventing further breakdown of muscle this also keeps your metabolism elavated continuing fat loss.

as for the low carb competition preperation:

3-5 days before your shoot you want to eat no more then 30-60 carbs (and considering there are carbs in almost everything that doesn't give you much room to play with) and make sure you up your water intake you will need it to flush out any extra water weight (aka bloating/puffyness) plus clear out all the fat and such you are loosing the day of the shoot you can eat a little more carbs @60-100 which should help with energy and general body happiness after the shoot you should go back to regular healthy eating (which should definatly include carbs although in reasonable levels perferably by fruits and veges)

of course there is more but if you want it either ask a specific question or i can point out some great books i ramble way to easily.

I would be very interested in some book suggestions, although I confess I might have a bit more weight to lose simply for health than the beautiful Jennifer. By the way, Jennifer, Amelia and Forrest's photos of you on Rubber Dollies and in Marquis are very elegant.

It is good to think outside the box, but I'm not sure these are ideal

Thank you!!! That really a nice compliment!! It's nice to be wearing something quite slutty and still be elegant! It is what I strive for!

You are from the east coast? I used to live in Los Angeles myself! Hope to visit soon.

PS. Aren't you starting to feel sorry for the evil queen?
