Do you like to feed ducks?

Whever we do a Gothic Sluts shoot in a graveyard that has ducks, we always end up taking pix of the birds. Seems inappropriate to go to a final resting place with a loaf of slightly old bread though. Do you like to feed ducks? If so, what places do you like to go to do it?

I sometimes take my daughter out to the lake to feed ducks...We usually go out to the lake to feed them. I think its fun...I hate geese though. They are SOOO MEAN!!!

Back in college, when I needed a cheap ego boost, I used to go out to the pond with a box of popcorn and stand about 20 yards from the shore. The ducks took a few seconds to smell the corn, then they'd all charge up the lawn quacking and trying to look adorable.

That's about as close as I got to superstar status in those days.

Aww ducks. i used to keep ducks and geese so i can land a piece of stale bread on a ducks head from 20 yards but it has nothing on feeding bits of raw chicken to a magpie while it's sitting on your shoulder.

at the moment i am chirpy because there are a pair of mallards in the park opposite my house - i live near a canal so there are water fowl from coots to swans.

When I was little my grandparents house was right on a lake, so there were always ducks around. My sister and I would go down to the lake with the leftover bread from the previous week, and feed the birds until my cousins would come over and try to run us over with their dirt bikes.. we and the ducks, would all run into the lake. It never failed.


I love the gothic sluts ducks.. I wonder if they ever get jealous of the rubber duckies on gothic sluts, and barelyevil getting to be so close to the girlies!

I havent fed ducks in a while. We used to go feed the ducks in a little store/restaurant here near Six Flags New England. The ducks were cool, they were jaded by all the tourists. They wouldn't come just for some old bread. They wanted better scraps

geese are mean i have 3 of them and they chase me all the time little bastards lol but goose or duck its all the same

geese are fine.. it the evil ducks withthe leathery red heads (found in fla and ithink a few other places), that are truely evil. if you run out of bread, they try to eat you. but baby duckies are the best. i once watched amommy duck lead her tiny flock away from teh pond to a 3 inch deep puddle to teah them how to swim. it was so cute!

I remember when I went to buy some Ducks at a farm. They had a Guard Goose. I think that was around almost 5 to 10 years ago. That Goose chased me around and kept trying to bite me, etc.

Check this out. They have a sign there now saying not to molest the goose because he is just protecting his nest. What kind of pictures did they think we were taking?!

At my last apartment, there was a pond with ducks across from it. Every time there was a decent downpour, the ducks would come right up to the front and beg, so I'd be a sucker and go out with my box of Cheerios. My ducks were spoiled, but they're so cute when they get excited; shaking their little bums.......

If you're going to feed ducks, don't use bread. It has very little nutrition for them and pollutes the water tremendously. Pick up some cracked corn at the feed store, or even rabbit pellets. They love it and it's not bad for them (Works for geese, swans, etc.)
