    Default Mudslides in La Conchita

I don't know if any of you saw it on the news, but it hit me personally because that's where my ex boyfriend lived and that is where spent a good majority of the last 3 years of my life... a lot of people i know lost their homes and its sad to know that some are dead and many are still missing I called the fire dept. and found out that my dear dear dear friend Chase who I love with all my heart is alive, so that made me happy, and I just found out that my ex's grandparents are alive... but it's still really sad and I have been crying all day...

I'll probably get slammed for this but....

Why do people insist (especially in CA) on building their houses on cliffs and hillsides?

I mean...didn't anyone else SEE this comming?

    /pray for those who suffered
/pray for those who rebuild on the same damn spot.
