The Zodiac Killer
Charles Whitman (that's the guy that picked people off from the Belltower at the University of Texas)
Richard Speck
That's all I can remember.
In the UK there were the Kray Twins.
Berkowitz was the mid-late 70's
DeSalvo, the "Boston Strangler" was in the early 60's, but he was a serial killer not a mass murderer.
The Manson Family is the most famous cult from the 60's
Info on Charles Whitman, a true Mass Murderer....25 year old architectural student, killed 21 people and wounded another 28 people from the bell tower at the university of Texas in August, 1966.
Myra Hindley and Ian Brady worked in the 60's. They were a serial killer couple known as the "Moors Murderers".
Some info about Richard Speck, another true Mass murderer. Worked as a Merchant Seaman. July 13th, 1966, in Chicago, he broke into a town house filled with student nurses (9 all together). Ended up either slashing the throats or strangling 8 of the girls, one got away and led to his arrest. He ***** the last one to die twice, the s****ized her with a foreign object, then strangled her.
Zodiac was a serial killer that was never caught. His nine year killing spree began in 1968, so that may or may not qualify since he did most of his killing in the 70's.
if you want any more info or help, let me know!![]()
