My eyes struggle to open for the 1st time
I slelpt in the embrace of phantom blizzards
As I slowly reanimate, I realize you are gone
My heart no longer beats it's Hypnotic Song
The forest is lay to a background of greying skys
I am a soulless sinner, without a home
Alone in the wates of my own hell
Thrown away by your world
Dripped in pages of Trashy Romance Novels
The snow of words, blinding my burning eyes
Emptiness becomes it's own prison
My blood has run dry
The head has grown cold
The heart has become an empty shell
Shell of my mind flows like wine
With my last bit of vitality I walk
This is a death march to the palace of ruin
Life passed me by in an instant
Just as you will not miss
Nor shall the world that gave me away
There is no such dream as romance
There is only the promise of hurt and empty breathes

but seriously, yeah we should consolidate the poems into one thread. I like most of them but it seems like every other thread is a new poem post and that's getting a little much.

when you post poetry, put a disclaimer that says "*POETRY*" so MG doesnt bust a gasket about it.(or any other person who might have a problem with it.
