Do you ever find yourself haunting the house, not going to sleep even though you are tired, knowing your schedule will be jacked if you don't sack out, just not quite ready to settle down for no particular reason? Yeah, though so

That happens to me sometimes, I think it's a panic attack or something.

I do all the time. I'm supposed to be in bed at 10pm, but I usually stay up 'til 11 or 12. Sometimes 1-2am.
What's a bed time?
I pass out in the wee hours of the morning...like at 6am.
do cram sessions for finals count?

I could never go to sleep when I should. I usually get about 4 hours of sleep a night but sometimes I will take a nap for about an hour or so later in the eve. on weekends I stay up till about 4-5 AM but I sleep till around noon. thats the most sleep I get.
Hahaha same as me man.Originally Posted by devil13
I'm nightbird too... and I have that moments that Amelia explained... don't know why actualy, but I guess it has to do something with loneliness.
bead time? what is this bed time you speak of i usualy fall asleep were ever i happen to pass out in the night
Sometimes you just have to stay up around the clock to semi-normalize the schedule.
The first post your description perfectly fits me 95% of the time.
Yeah, just not good at sticking to a schedule. If I didn't have to sleep life would be so much easier but as it is I usually get very little or sleep in very late.

yea I try to stay up as long as I can so I dont end up being up all night. when you stay up for a long period of time you kinda get this second wind after around 1:00 PM then you dont feel as tired. but I allways feel worse in the morning as soon as the sun comes up and hits you dead in the eyes.Originally Posted by AmeliaG
i generally work evenings, but if i have to do something important in the mornings it usually takes a run-up. don't sleep all night one day then go at about 9-10pm the next and i can usually crash-start my metabolism into one normal day/night cycle. it's gone again by the next day tho.
All the time for the last few years and every now and then i stay away for days with out the aid of drugs... lol
I am a night owl...If I can make it past 12:00 I will be up till 4:00am no prob...Being up for days on end isnt a prob..Although when I do crash its usually bad...
I have two parentage and three small children (siblings? i think not!!)..as soon as they all go to bed (*snort* weaklings!) i mooch around with a mug of cocoa and stay up watching dodgy black and white horror films.

See, I just resent the early-to-bed, early-to-rise lifestyle. I have always been something of a night owl, and so even when I have to get up early for work, I find myself struggling with it (and the wageslave demographic membership it represents). I feel like I should be out causing chaos in some entertaining fashion, not tucking myself in like Mr. Rogers.
did it again. last night I got one hour of sleep
33 hours awake and counting :|
..I think I'm gonna drop dead... for now...
