Sorry i have not been on and posting but i tore the tendon in my right ankle and have been in almost constant severe pain and have been in bed most of week and the painkillers are not working like they should so will be seeing Dr again today and hopefully figure out what to do.

Thanks i will need it the first Dr said may need to have sugery on it to fix it but it did not help to be walking on it last weekend and not knowing the severity of how it was hurt
