you know that Slipknot is currently suing BK for saying its a ripoff of them? LOL yep.. slipknot has announced that they are suing BK for use of their trademarked gas mask and that they sound like them..
now forgive me if im wrong.. but the gas mask isnt theirs to trademark! does that mean they get to sue all the WWII vets for wearing them before they were born?? what about all the industrial bands that wore them before slipknot became a band? and that commercial sounds nothing like em lol..

No i think the gas mask was created for WWII (at least for the public) in paranoia because of the gas weapons used in WWI
