I'm standing at the bar minding my own business and she comes up and asks if I want to hang out with her and her 2 friends....hey, why the hell not. So I go and sit down and we have a couple rounds and a bunch of laughs. We stay until we get kicked out at last call and SHE ASKS ME for my number...so I give it to her and she immediately text's my phone so I'd have her number. We part ways and a few days later I call her and get voicemail so I leave a message asking if she wanted to hang out again and she doesnt call me back...

She's either playing REALLY hard to get, or just so damned ditzy that she forgot. Or she could just be really busy. Things like that happen. When I asked this one guy out, I had to go out of town for a week because of an "emergency" friend issue! Poor guy. We still dated a bit, though.
