Hello Everyone

Hello all.
Just want to get this introduction out of the way, because the more I talk about myself, the more flaws I seem to uncover about myself, so I'll keep this short and sweet.

I am currently enrolled in SIU(southern illinois university) Metalsmithing program, because I always desired to become a metalsmith, and here I can get the formal training required to become an accomplished metalsmith.

Other than that, I am a Certified Welder, and I'm into Industrial, and Metal (wow that is a really bad pun i didn't intend for) Music.

Other than that, I have the uncanny knack for saying the exaclty wrong thing to say at the most inopertune time imaginable, and tend to be very blunt and to the point.

Well I need to get some sleep, so I say GoodNight to you all.

I think it's not wholly unreasonable to point out that even Jax can, on occasion, be blunt and to the point as well, and that's ok. As long as it isn't out of line hostile and rude, we don't really mind blunt too much here though.

That sounds cool Taekkan. I've taken some metal smithing classes as well. I had a real knack for setting my hair on fire, hahaha. But, I did manage to make some cool stuff. Learned stone setting too. Fun stuff.

Sorry for not posting for a bit, I know some of you ask what kind of projects i make.

Well for a few classes, I made a Ladder rack for a guy who lived near me, but then never paid for the materials, so I dropped it into my truck.

I also made a fire pit for a friend, which he uses when he has friends over for a bbq.

I learned at a school called Central Piedmont Community Collage, and I learned to weld Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum mostly, and I took an extra class where we could all pick a weird metal to weld alittle bit on, and I Chose Nickel Alloy, and that is some really kool stuff.
