...although I disagree with some of their methodology...

the obvious strategy is to arm as many humans left, and exterminate all the infected.

long bladed/hafted swords for close quarter zombie combat (the idea being to decapitate, and dismember them) halbards/puo dao...

perfered armor would be ballistic battlefield armor with ceramic inserts...

high explosives, incendairy, and fragmentation weapons perfered...

the real question is who do you pick to be on your anti-zombie squad? I'd pick Rowdy Roddy Piper, Xin Xin Bao (a perineal hong kong martial arts movie villian... he's just fucking bad news) and Jax... because you know she'd waste alot of zombies... Oh yeah, and Christopher Lee, 'cause he'd throw tombstones at 'em...

if infected I'd wire my self up to explode... as much plastique as I could carry in a backpack full of ball bearings, and nails, and wade into the zombie hordes swinging my battle axe... no second thoughts!!!

survivors hunt the walking dead into extinction... c'mon, it wouldn't really be all that difficult...
