What's your favorite condiment?

Like if you seriously could use 1 condiment for the rest of your life.... what would you pick... for me, there are really only 3 considerations.... Mayo, ketchup and BBQ sauce. goddamnit if I could only enjoy one.... I'm leaning towards ketchup just b/c there are quite a few dishes that BBQ and mayo dont go good with.... ketchup is good on everything even though it's not quite as good as the other two.

...it had equal parts shyou soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, hot peppers, and a little sesame oil... like a thick paste...

mmmm.... good on everything...

It wholly depends upon what I'm eating. But I would have to say Worcestershire Sauce or Hershey's Special Dark Sauce or Tabasco or Whipped Cream (have to go with Mistress Jennifer on this one).

Vinegar is really good on fries. I think I picked that up from a friend of mine from England.

Louisianna Crystal sauce. Better than ketchup and flavour full wiht out being too spicey. Also goes good on ice cream, but not as well as nacho cheese.
