when you are all wound up or stressed out what do you do to relax? ... or even when you aren't stressed out, what do you do?

art is my ultimate stress relief but there are times when i don't feel up to it. so...if a glass of wine and a bubble bath doesn't work i try to get out of the house and into nature.. or to a cafe or someplace like that to people watch.

When I need to relax I find that working on my car helps...as it turns out, its not limited to just my car ...but it really seems to take my mind off things.
Also, escaping into videogames for a few hours seems to work. (GTA:VC or Halo2)

i'll go for a run, or go for a drive with some good loud music... or do something fun and kid-like, my roomie and i used to have coloring books for that purpose
