Get with the program...Maddox is not a real little boy. He's a very well crafted highly detailed doll created by a Japanese robotics company. He's a prototype that will soon go into full production as a "customizeable child" for actresses and business women who want a kid but don't want to go through the hassle of pregnancy. Each night these "children" can be turned off or put on stand by.

Well in this case the comedic value is pretty high. You gotta remember some of us here have a brutally dark sense of humor...so an emo kid who not only fits every stereotype know to that scene but also ends up "loved" by the very people he wanted to love him after his death...it's just hard not to laugh. This is no tragedy...he WANTED this suicide drama to validate himself and back up all the self pity he was so clearly into...all the epic amount of fake love being spewed on his ******* account is exactly what he wanted to hear...none would have said it had he not died either. All that is funny as hell.

Well if a BB member came on the board and said "I'm gonna kill myself and I'm sorry"...then actually did the deed. It would honestly depend on who it was. If any would make light of it it'd be the members of this very board WAY before any Emo kid got around to it ...and given how emotionally screwed up they are for the sake of scene points they'd probably cry about it and write some song in memorium for their own egos.

I doubt any here hate emo kids...they're just funny. Like clowns getting into a car crash.

I dont care if he was a "goth" or "punk".. if he had a large mohawk and killed himself i'd have said the same shit. if a BB member did it (i do believe a member of eroticbpm did it) then they do it. It wouldnt effect me much. becuse that's what they felt like they had to do..the only option in life..a simple way out...sorry..everybody on the BB ring is beautiful in their own way..and if they need to kill themselves then they are weak...and i dont associate with weak people.

I used to think suicide was only for the weak...

...but now I think that it can be a perfectly rational response to certain situations... the Korean farmers killing themselves to protest WTO agribiz meddling in their country for example (it was so fucking shocking because no one had any idea it was going to happen.) shit the farmers in India drink the pesticides they're being forced to use as protest... those Monks during the vietnam war...

...terminal illness could be a valid reason.

one of the reason I have little sympathy for this guy is because I've wanted to kill myself over a girl or two in my day... and my inheirent psychosis prevented it by pointing out that if I couldn't kill at least 80 people with my bare hands, then I was a pussy, and unworthy of a glorious death. (I mean as in I hallucenated entities telling me this with full subjective reality)

well said TZ. that was pretty much what I was trying to convey when I was talking about fashion.

while I never claimed that this was funny... I don't think it's funny, I think it's pathetic.

Pilot, I don't hate emo and I don't hate people that dress the part. But as we all know there are people that have real emotional problems, and I don't think a culture that neglects any positivity, offers no encouragement towards help and promotes self-destructive tendencies is something to be proud of.
