I was invited to see a free screening of the new film Syriana tonight and was excited because I was looking forward to seeing it.



I didn't pay a cent and I want my money back!


This film is billed as a "political thriller" and while it more than delivers on the politics, the thrills are noticeablly absent. I was so bored watching this movie, that I considered walking out of the theater, something I never do, but stayed in the hopes that just maybe the flick would deliver a twist ending or maybe even an ending that tied together the myriad of individual stories that it starts with.

Neither of these predicitions were true and I was left with no sense of completion but an undeniable sense that two hours of my life were stolen from me.

This movie is absolutely terrible.

The film is really only expected to do good in the NYC ans LA markets anyhow...not because it's a great movie but because the politics would sell more tickets in those markets than anywhere else. Looks like something I'd enjoy though so I'll check it out.

Well, Pilot, that's quite close, and I think we can give you that one. The Syriana is a version of the infamous vibrator device/nickel ride, "Sybian", which has been engineered for the male market, or just for the market who like to poke things in wet, vibrating holes.
