I don't get PMS..... no bloating, no cramps, no period whatsoever. I *love* Depo-provera. As an added bonus, I also have absolutely NO chance of getting pregnant. I highly recommend this stuff to all women. It's even cheaper than the pill.

Too bad it's so hard to get Codeine over here. Back in the day they actually used to prescribe Heroin so much for PMS that most addicts were female, cocaine was another favorite. I've found that if you do the sex right, it's a great way to calm women down. The endorphins alone are a natural painkiller and it really distracts them. As long as you've got enough moisture, you know.

Advil and Caffiene. Even in small doese, caffiene (or often Chocolate), dilates blood vessels and eases cramps. Far better for the body than heating pads.

There we go. Just watch it on the Advil, it can cause severe internal bleeding if taken to excess. Plus, caffeine, for some, particularily can cause one to take extended bathroom breaks and I would not relish two holes a flowin' if I was a lady.

Thats why small doses. Of both. And mostly it's coffee that causes the laxative effect, due to its particular chemical makeup. I've experimented with all the "cures" for PMS and now I don't get it any more. Yay Depo! It's worth the needle for the little miracles.
