Today i wore shorts for the first time in years.

its been kinda hot lately so i just couldnt stand wearing my pants. so hows the weather where evryone else lives right now?

I know, I know. I like wearing nice slacks and being all Vincent Price, but I can't even get away with the tight punk jeans. I have no problem showing my legs (they're in really good shape right now), I prefer to show off the ensemble and form rather than look like I just came from an Anthrax or Indie Rock show (not that there is anything wrong with that).

It's ungodly hot here lately. The meter says 93* but I'm guessing 99*. Atleast here it's dry heat.

Sorry about that particular comment. It's a bit of an inside out joke and this thread made me think of it. There was a guy we all used to know who was trying to be a "rocker" and the topic came up one day why he never wore shorts. That was his answer, "Rockers don't wear shorts." I guess you had to be there...

Oh, I'm rather good at making an ass of myself of public (I kind of get off on making a total ass of myself in public). So, in a sense, I imagine I share traits of Mr. Rockers-Don't-Wear-Shorts, to be honest. To you and all the others who know the story though, I'm sure the parallel may be seen. Not to say I know the story, but I can smell my own.

SF is hardly ever 95 degree hot. Even in July it's still too cold to wear shorts. So I'm wearing pants. Pink pants.

It's almost a requirement to wear shorts in Kansas, especially during the summer. Summers in Kansas suck, but they're worse in Texas.

it's suprisingly warm here in the ol' UK and it's 11pm......dont have a clue what the actual temperature is though
