A Best Friend Just Died

He died in South Dakota. They are not sure what happened, but my friend Terry died. Supposedly of a Heart Attack.

Grrr. I just found out that my father and grandmother probably wont let me goto the funeral tommorow. Part of the way I found that out was the yelling and hitting type stuff from my father when he got mad that I was sad that my friend died. Not allowing a person to goto a Best Friend's Funeral to pay respects and show how much you care for them is just rude! That is another event to add to the list I will never forgive my family for.

........ damn man.... I hate to point out the obvious but you need to get away from them........ are you too young to be out on your own? If I were you, here's what I'd do if I could....... Join the Navy, do a tour, and when you get out, go to college....... get the fuck away from your family man if it's as bad as you say it is. It may not sound like a good idea, but it's a way to get away from them and get paid.

That won't work...no one would room with a person who didn't have a job or rent money BEFORE the got a place.

Seriously...join the Navy...or Coast Guard at the very least. It'll get you away from home, family, and you'll see new places and meet new people.

or sign up for a tour in Iraq...from the way you make things sound it'd be better than home.

Thank you. His funeral was yesterday, but thanks to my father and grandmother , I was not allowed to go. I did however, call his parents and offer my respects and also My Apologies also.
