So I start bartending school on Monday! yay im so excited
Im going to the Portland Bartending Academy. While you are going to school you can work all of these events for parties and weddings that pay at least twenty bucks an hour plus tips. And they also have lifetime job placement. YAY! Now when we have a blueblood party I can get everyone wasted.

so im super psyched now, I did the speed test today, 12 drinks in 3minutes and 10seconds, go me(:
Ive learned all these uber cool tricks to make good tips too..oh and really cool specialty drinks for example
little cantelope balls and little vanilla ice cream balls frozen
in the bottom of an ice cream dish, or margarita glass, filled with meyers dark jamaican Rum, and on top a cantelope ball soaked in 151 and lit on fire.
really simple and would make super good tips...
and like putting some food coloring in salt or sugar and rimming glasses with it...and on a lemon drop using country time lemonaide powder for rimming the glass.
Halloween, im totally putting shot glasses in those little pumpkins(:

I guess it depends on what kinda stuff you got but...

blue hawaiins
1.5oz rum
1/2oz blue curacao
fill pineapple and sour(or squirt)
thats an easy one...

Also bacardi cocktails
1.5oz bacardi(superior light)
1/2oz grenadine or creme de noyaux(creme de noyaux will up the alcohol)
Fill sour (or squirt)

Tropical kermit piss
1.5oz midori melon liquer
1/2 oz triple sec (or blue coracao, same taste different color)
1/2 oz malibu rum
Fill squirt, sour , or sprite

there's a couple for starters, but if you let me know what kinda liquors you like, or have, I can defintley come up with some more fun ones(:

i vote Sloe Screw Against A Wall or the Vodka Blush. The ability to make either with out me having ot tell you how to make them means you passed bartending school, as far as i'm concerned. those are my faves. there's alway the Vampires Kiss, but i've never been brave enough to try it.

How about Czech moonshine? It's a liquor made from apricots that burns like a motherfucker on the way down but it has a good aftertaste. Mixes good with coffee for some reason.

I am going for a frozen Blue Hawaii #2. Pineapple and orange juice just sound really good.... and I will use Malibu rum, one of my favorites.I love the coconut flavor. I will make standard fruit daiquiris (mango, strawberry & peach) as well.

I would love to go back to bar tending
but with the current Nazi no smoking
ban here.. could not do it, impossible
to be around booze with no smokes,
yet one more reason can't hang out
at the bars around here... at least not
for long and you have to be 25 feet
from all doorways and windows when
you do go out for a smoke... which
literally leaves the center of the road.
