I know that drinking beer is not that healthy if you're trying to lose weight. Which would be the healthiest substitute, to still loose the weight but can't quit drinking every night (ie less calory intake), Vodka over Wine?? And please don't be mean and quote "rehab" comments. I'm serious about this. This diet includes eating healthy every day, and working out 4x's a week but still being able to drink before bed.
