British chocolate is way better than American chocolate and much was smuggled in and out by us over the years - but nuthin gets close to what Belgium can do. Mah drummer came very close to marrying a checkout girl in Brussels just in the hope he'd get a staff discount. I think if you ask nicely they'll hook you up truffles through an IV.

Flip - We do all feel for you, stuck on a damp little island enclave off Florida, but as someone who lives there half the year I find all you need to do when faced with sneering over Jelly Belly or Twinkies, is to start describing black pudding.
