I'm not sure why so many people that turn 21 feel the need to get so drunk you throw up then pass out in it. Or for that reason, why so many people under 21 do the same.

I wanted to strangle him the next day. We went to the fair and we couldnt ride many rides cause the night before.

I agree, I guess for alot of people its there first time drinking alot..and they dont know their limits and take it way to far.
