I watched Weeds when I had a free trial of those special stations yeh gotta pay for. I liked it. Not worth the extra fee per month, though.

weeds is pretty lame, although the mom on it is cute. it's just too fake for me to be entertained by it.

I dig dexter, except for the small fact I can't stand his personality. (honestly it's a small thing to look past though)

Dexter has that dude from 6 Feet Under. He's a awesome actor, I've heard a lot of people talking about that show. I don't have cable either so I rent shows on *******.

Dexter the cartoon is cool too. I wonder if the producers at showtime were biting on the name recognition of the cartoon?

I liked the first season of Weeds best, as I felt like the characters were richly imagined and complex and real that season. Newer episodes make the characters less sympathetic and the situations less plausible.

I looooooooooooooooooooooooooooove The Wire. I like that show so much that it bothers me when the hour is up. You are totally right, Camby, that other television pales in comparison.

I've heard that from alot of other people too...but I can't stand more than 5 minutes of that show.
