Let them think what they want I am not doing this for the pain or glory or to be a badass, this is just a path that I chose to expand my mind to other things let them know that maby they need to look at a little history befor they pass judgement I have been thinking about this for 4 years and its finnally time I made up my mind and the past few days of fasting and nonsmoking have been a b***h my head still hurts and I am doing the fasting in a very controlled and planned manner any tips on the fasting ?????

Yeah, dont fast. Youll be lucky to experience getting off the ground without passing out. Then what was the point? I dont know many suspension artists who will hang someone for the first time after fasting.

Going on a normal diet within a few days the fasting was to get me a little bit more accustomed to eating a more normal diet I was doing the poor mans food shopping here that consisted of ramen and have been able to get regular food now that I am making money again have had a bit of better quality food also I dont drink any more soda so there goes my DrPepper intake (I miss that stuff something f***ing FIERCE ) and the days are a lil brighter for my actions thanks for the advice Jax

OB- buy yourself a slowcooker you will have fantabulous meals and the leftovers will last you all week... good cheap food.

but... get one of the ones where you can pull the pan part out of the cooker part... heh its SO much easier to clean...
