So Im an official pet groomer with a national chain! My test dog was a cocker spaniel whos owners wanted him to have a mohawk along with the breed standard cut. I nailed the test;]

Haha, they dont know I have a hawk cause I wear a wig. When I told them, they thought it was cool...but not cool enough to not have to wear my wig to work;p

Ahh, thats kinda cool. Always wondered how people with extreme hairstyles got normal jobs (not that giving dogs mohawks is really normal ). Is that a widespread practice? of wigs that is?

Dont know what guys do to cover theirs, but I usually have to wear a wig. Im sure other girls do too if they give into a corporate company.

I am lucky at my corporate job I can show up in PJ's with whatever hair I want. My boss's girlfriend even has pink hair thanks to some influence on my part. One day it will not be such a big deal, but yeah, now it still is something you have to hide most places.

In the 70's, my dads first job was at a donut shop. He had long brown hippie hair all the way down to his ass. He wore a short hair wig every single day and listened to his boss talk down about hippies. On the last day, after many years of loyal donut making, he showed up with his real hair. His boss didn't even recognize him at first!!

hahaa ROCK on jax... my mom and her dog groomer of choice (who works out of her home) gave our dog a mowhawk once... poor dog looks so miserable in the photos we took... kindof like "why did you let them do this to me??" hahaa... she was so cute tho!

I am blessed with not only being my own boss, but in the art field to boot, so even the most "normal" of my customers accept my weird hairstyles and fashion sense as just being "artzy". Whatever gets them through the day i guess.

Heh, that actually sounds kind of fun. What kind of wig do you wear? I think I'd be tempted to switch them up frequently. Long and brown one day, short and blonde the next..
