I heard about this on the news, it sold out before the event, sounds sorta cool, i know a few mums & dads who would love it, maybe some of the djs over there in the USA could do one for the mums & dads who dont have time to get out much anymore, i hear with GWB's sex education policies you gotta plenty of them
BABY RAVE
Presented by Adelaide Fringe 2007 in association with the Adelaide Festival Centre and Young at Art (Belfast), Baby Rave is a unique interactive dance and music event for babies, children under 4, and their parents.
Children and parents alike can experiment with contemporary electronic music and dance in an ambient environment decorated with sensory toys and parachutes. Trained dance facilitators will move through the Baby Rave, encouraging families to creatively experiment with rhythms and beats.
Developed by Belfast’s Young At Art, Baby Rave Children’s Festival. It was conceived to fill a gap in events for very young children while also meeting the needs of their parents whose enjoyment of the contemporary music scene and began in 2005 by for their annual Belfast club life is temporarily suspended.
The Adelaide Fringe 2007 season heralds the beginning of a series of International Baby Raves. Yes, Adelaide got it first!
