I'm told "Long Pig" is a nicer tasting form of pork, since both Humans and Pigs are both Omnivores, so our flesh would taste quite similar...

Chicken, but a little more flavorsome. The pig myth has been going for decades and seems to have started because raw human flesh looks like pork. The early explorers who met up with cannibal tribes (before either converting them into Pentecostalists or becoming lunch) usually reported it tasted like the poultry-type birds rather than pig or boar. Course if you BASTE it.....

folks could check out micheal pollan's new book 'the omnivore's dilema' for an interesting look at where our food is coming from, and what someof the consquences are. as the title suggests it's not a vegetarian book. excellent writer.
