My later taste testing showed that it didn't set very well. Kind of a pudding/cheesecake mixture consistency. Tastes good though...and I'm not too upset for it being an experiment. Heh I'll mail you a piece

i didint know you could ship perishable goods via the mail, also next time try chocolate on your cheesecacke, my mom makes her chessecake with a crushed oreo crust and a layer of dark chocolate on the top.
