GRP All star Big Band. The link is my favorite ever arrangement of Manteca. An astounding group of musicians from the GRP jazz label. The first album they did as a group is fucking mind blowing. The whole album really showcases some fantastic uses of dissonance and arrangement skills. Also watch the video for Airgin I think that one was originally done by Sonny Rollins.


Arturo Sandoval. Hands down one of the best trumpet players I have ever seen live. His album Hot House ft Tito Puente is outstanding.
