I think I fell asleep drunk (OK, OK, that part I know for sure) and didn't move once for the entire night, so now my neck and left shoulder hurt a whole lot. It sucks real bad, I blame Meli and Billy.

Go to any drug store and buy a box of ThermaCare HeatWraps. They are chemical heat packs cut different parts of your body, and there is a neck size. THere is sticky stuff on the back, so you stick a pack directly to your neck or wrap it in a scar for a little insulation. I damaged my neck in a bike wreck years ago, and I use ThermaCares all the time. They are bliss.
