Argh! you bastards! do something i can get to!
*sigh* i guess i just need to resign myself to the fact that either the australian goth scene is nonexistant or it is spending a lot of effort on avoiding me

What you said about 'zines and artistry is so right on. My 2nd hubby and I were total 'zine sluts, constantly mail ordering them and prowling Amok Books at least once a week. I still have nearly every one we collected--Ghastly, Propaganda, Thistle, Elegia, Necropolis, Undead Poet's Society, Lucy Westernra, The Azrael Project, Blue Blood, of course--and it was so inspiring and exciting seeing other's artistry and, on occasion, your own.
Don't get me wrong, I love the internet, too, but there's just something so...well, real about actually holding a publication in your hand.
My warmest regards on your 15th Anniversary! This accomplishment cannot be understated. A lot has changed since I first saw the print mag at an old tobacco/magazine store. It has been a pleasure getting to you folks (both in agreement and even scrapping it up a bit While I celebrate a homecoming of a different nature in the coming days, I certainly will raise a toast to your continued success.

being in the land of oz, is there any way i can subscribe to the BB magazine? or would the costs of that be too impractical? and also, is there anywhere i could my filthy little mitts on some of the old issues of BLT? and, just to be a little more on topic, are you bundle o' wierdos gonna be doing anything to celebrate BB being one year closer to legal age?
that's awesome to know how you first saw the mag... I saw my first one at Ipso Facto in Fullerton like it 1997 or 1998, and loved it ever sinceOriginally Posted by Jackie T.
