My name is Athena. I've lurked around the site for quite some time, but never took it upon myself to register in the forum until today.

A little about me:

I own my own porn site (about to own 2), I own a web design company, I'm a mommy, and an alt-model. I got into the biz right after I turned 18, and have loved every minute of it.

I am a geek: I play D&D, video games, used to play magic, like Star Wars and LoTR, and can code sites with my eyes closed. I watch lots of anime, and make anime music videos, and love Star Trek (TNG, TOS has way too much overacting in it).

Anything else you want to know, just ask I'm not shy, and am not afraid to answer anything.

If I didn't hang around the EBPM boards so much the past few years, I would find it quite interesting that so many people in the alt-communities were geeks, but I would actually be shocked of the opposite lol

maks sense. people of the 'geek' community tend to be outsiders who dont usually fit in (be it by choice or not), and the alternative culture both accepts and embraces that, and is to some degree even defined by that 'ousider' theme.

also, geeks cant get any and the alt-cult has the bestest porn

At school I was always a geek, though I had friends into the Alt scene (bear in mind this was in the 80's) so it was natural for me to move to the alt scene myself (always liked the music, the clothes, the style, the whole thing)

I was always a geek as well, just an alt-geek in highschool. I played MtG in elementary/middle school, but I didn't get into D&D until my Junior year. I started dressing the way I dress now (I call it candy goth, for a lack of better explanation when people ask) my freshman year. Unfortunately, it was rather "unseen" so everyone started dressing the same way. It sucked a bit, but it caused all sorts of problems for the administration when all the guys started wearing skirts xD
