Who has type O - blood?

I was told i have the rarest blood today by someone, Just curious if anyone else on these boards have Type O negative blood to see if she was right.

Yep she was wrong AB- is the rarest. my blood sucks the most because i can only recieve 0- if there was an emergency. thanks wikpedia!!

Mine is B neg, which is quite rare, but not as rare as AB neg, which is why I asked.

Good think everyone else can get O type blood as a transfusion but only O type can get O type as their immune system reacts strongly on other types.

he rarest blood type found is called bombay blood (subtype h-h), found only in a Czechoslovakian nurse in 1961 and in a brother and sister in Massachusetts in 1968

My sister has O-negative, and during the beginning of her pregnancy there was some scare that she would lose the baby, as if it has a positive blood type there's a chance that her body would see it as an invader force a miscarriage,
