Okay, so I should'a posted this intro earlier but, some issues were so....burning that when I saw then posted, I simply couldn't resist...

I'm a music Major at Uni, (taking English as a second teachable) to be a teacher, cuz I like teaching. I'd like to eventually write operas based on Ann Radcliffe's and Angela Carter's Gothic Novels, (1st/2nd wave Gothic literature, Female Gothic literature) - I'm working on writing some Librettos!

I have an inexplicable fondness for German Philosophers, i.e., Schopenhauer, Von Herder, E.T.A. Hoffmann, as well as writers such as Poe, Shelley, Polidori, (and the English Romantics) and Barthes, Foucault, Derrida.

I Like Gothic ppl....They are so open minded...even to a monster like me....Ha, Ha....The Best Novel I read was Mary Shelley's Frankenstein because the creature reminded me of myself...and, well, it gave me inspiration...I hope to "talk" to like minded ppl.

Thank you all for your greetings....'Methinks' I'll like posting on Blueblood...It seems much superior than other goth boards...I think it has something to do with the tranquilizing effect of the purplish color of the board (as most goth boards are black), But I like it this way better...
