I worked at one restaurant that had a pasty chef. He was a fun guy. He worked may three really early mornings a week making desserts for the place. The other four days he would go off fishing soomewhere, occasionally popping by to ask things like "When did I make this Mandarin Orange Cake?" I'd answer, "Two days ago." Then he'd say "It's too old for us to sell. You take this home and eat it."
Anyhow, this random tangent was brought about the fact that you are taking some pastry classes. Maybe we can get you and Keiko togther and do some kind of muffin Iron Chef thing.
