Okedoke, so Buster is too lazy to expand his google-fu... w.s.burroughs did a collaboration with the band Ministry on the video "Just One Fix", but he also did some other recording which I was led to believe that they did the backing music for.

In it Burroughs was ranting about "reverse terra forming the earth into a martian atmosphere"... and on in that vein... the back ground music was suitably ministry-esque sounding.

If any of youse folks can lend me a hand, and let me know what it was I'd be obliged.

i think what you are looking for is the remix for it, called "quick fix" that was available as a limited edition box set - called the "singles box" on amazon - of 3 discs with about 4 tracks each.
took me a few minutes to locate all the discs in my collection. but they are titled:
"over the shoulder/stigmata," "burning inside/jesus built my hotrod," and "n.w.o./just one fix."

the lyrics to "quick fix" are basicly a spoken word by burroughs set to music. here is what he says in the song:
