My school chem tutor was insane in an if-he-ran-you-followed way (haven't we had this conversation recently?), and by 16 he'd taught me to love the idea that entropy is unidirectional. You pack a TV with magnesium and permanganate and it becomes very difficult to put back together.

Everybody likes fire - it's buried deep in our psyche to be interested in it - so I'm not bothered by people who say they're pyromaniacs. I'm bothered by the ones that say they're not.

I set this pinata stick covered in tissue paper on fire, it was in my friends room too. It was so funny, it lit, i threw it on the floor yelling "FIRE FIRE FIRE" and everyone panicked.

Then there was that time we outlined a huge anarchy sign on my friends basketball court in gasoline, then lit it on fire... good times.

when i was 7 we had this halloween cauldren full of oil that i would set on fire on a daily basis. i always did it in secret yet the black smoke always gave it away.

when i was 13 we had a bon fire at my mother's friends ranch where they would take baggies full of gas and toss it in for explosions.

4th july 2000-2001 i set myself on fire. i stopped doing that as i started running out of pants. and its stupid

The garage was a virtual cornucopia of flamable liquids. I used to burn everything. WD40 was always a good one, using the little straw it came with to write your name set it alight. Gas fires are the best though, such a ruckus liquid. Burning pentacles into the concreate of parking lots and making obstacle courses for fire in the dirt. I've pretty much given it up now that fireworks are legal here.

but yeah burning house not fuckin cool. my brother a couple times was playing with my moms lit candles in the living room... once set a peice of paper on fire, freaked out and didnt know what to do with it, and ran down the hallway to hide it somewhere i guess, but dropped it at the end of the hall where my mom noticed and put it out... nice melty spot on the carpet but no burning house.

My husband and I put out a fire someone started by throwing out a cig butt, carelessly onto a pile of very dry mulch...
Picture march of '07 in Ft Myers Florida in the dry season that was having a record dry yr.
The flames would have conquered several super lavish homes and a patch of woods.

Well, in 5th grade a friend who smoked lit a part of my hair on fire without me knowing, I was walking in front of her, and she managed to rip that small chunk out before it got to my root, went up fast though and smelt horrible. Needless to say, I was pissed.

I guess in my younger days out of bordem I lit stuff on fire. Can't recall anything too exciting though.
