We don't know. You tell us.wats tha scariest movie ive seen??
Someone else's home movies.
man, I heard that.
Fire in the Sky. I have horrible phobia of alien, so after watching that movie, I had nightmare for years and trouble with sleeping for months.
It's a tie...
THIS or THIS are both equally frightening, scary and alarming.
*** WARNING: PLEASE DON'T BE EATING WHILE WATCHING #1. UNLESS YOU'RE REALLY INTO THIS STUFF.

I remember as kid I COULD NOT watch Stephen King's IT. It scared the ever living shit out of me. When I got older and finally watched it I couldn't believe out tame it actually was.
Beyond that. Blair Witch Project honestly did really fuck with my head the first time through. How I imagined the witch to look like was far scarier than anything anyone else could have imagined.
I like horror movies but they don't really scare me. Isn't that what they're supposed to do? I'd have to say the Exorcist just b/c it was so great but I can't think of any others.
I remember the day when I and my deaf friends would watch Exorcist or few other movies without subtitle and laugh at it.
Congratulations. You are the one and only person ever to be scared by the BWP.Originally Posted by Clockwork Jello

When I was what... 14... ALIEN was released. Now maybe it was bad pot earlier in the week combined with the fact that the mother fucking theater was probably 62 degrees but during some of the suspense/long shots dwelling in the ship, I freaked - I had to leave the theater to chill for 5 mins... or maybe just heat up - but whatever the combination was, it was dead on that day...
Granted - more sci fi then horror but still...
If you want horror... be in the wrong frame of mind and watch the third part of Trilogy of Terror... that shit will fuck you up.
I Will Fuck Your Shit Up
As an adult, none of them freak me out. As a kid, "Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things" did it for me. I saw it a few years ago and it's SOOOO CAMPY now, but it is the best title ever. They should re-make it and make it freaky as shit this time.
Videodrome.
Saw that when I was a kid.
TV and me were never quite the same after that one. Nope.
And you call me a pussy. James Woods....Yeah, that dude's scary as Hell.Originally Posted by Buster Friendly

I will say this about "Videodrome". It is essentially the "father" of all the "electronic" horror movies you see today. Cell phones killing people. Computers killing people. All that pulse shit and such. It all started first with "Videodrome". And Cronenberg is a great director. I actually do like the flick. I was just trying to razz you in my drunken stupor last night. I was bored.Originally Posted by Buster Friendly
I loved Videodrome. Sorry - any chance back then to see Debra Harry nekkid with a needle in her ear in a hallucinatory state was well worth $5. The soundtrack is also sort of a milestone in that as soundtracks go at the time, it was way out there in left field. I feature it on my first radio show over at cyberden.com.
I dont' know about the best I've ever seen but I just checked out quarentine and it's pretty fuckin' awesome.
Quarantine? Oh, you mean Blair Witch Project 3.
The John Carpenter remake of "The Thing" was pretty freaky when I saw it at 11 years old.
No, this movie has actual monsters. Lots of 'em.Originally Posted by Morning Glory
That's a great flick. I hear they are going to remake it again. What for? The first remake is a classic.Originally Posted by inox
It's due out next year. Apparently, it's a prequel. That is, they are going to show what happened at the Norwegian facility right up until the beginning of the last movie.Originally Posted by Ajax Knucklebones
I just watched "Frontiers". It's cool. Not super "scary", but good none the less.
spek.ter, of course!
Oh, I figured as much.Originally Posted by Ajax Knucklebones

LOL... "of the Eighties" - SNICKER
My favorites are a toss up between Slither and Hellraiser. Slither is (intentionally) funny as hell and Hellraiser is just hot
