I have saline and can only recommend them. both have their pros and cons. With saline you dont need MRI's to check for leakage every few years, and that could get expensive. Silicone feels more natural...but saline can look very natural if you dont overfill the bag. try this place:

If you do decide to get implants, go for a size bigger than you are comfortable with. Most women who get implants will say that they wish they had gone just a little bit bigger, so if you go a size larger than your comfort zone, you are likely to be very happy with them once you get used to them.
