Hope you're really careful with that though. I've had to go to my docter to make sure I'm okay to start corset training.

I figure if i take it slow enough 18 shall be an easy number to acheive (i can get to a 22 within 1 minute of putting on my corset) I'm brutal on my body D:

Don't be afraid to do your own research and trust your own judgement. Delegating every little thing you don't understand yet to a 'professional' costs you a lot of life experience, and money you'll probably have to re-earn doing far more boring things.

lol I have a low/mild case of asthma. My docter knows about corset training(I guess he's had patients that have done it?), so he was glad that he checked my body to make sure I could handle it.

I wasn't telling her not to do her own research, nor take her own judgement. It's just nice, in anyone's own case, to make sure that they won't harm they're own body while doing it.
