thats ridiculous
Ohh damn! that's so weird!
I once had a woman walk up to me while I was eating steak at Ruth's Chris and ask if she could buy my hair. Her husband was mortified.
What a horrible thing =S What did you told her?
Errr... ok. Although it raises some questions when you see parents selling their kids' hair. That sort of thing gaining acceptance as a marketable commodity might cause a lot of grief in economic hard times.
Fuck that, I'd rather donate to locks of love or something similar.
I've had tons of offers to buy my dreads. I will never, ever sell them. Not ever. I still have them in storage in l.a., actually. Sometimes I miss them. I can't imagine buying hair that wasn't my own. I'm kinda weird about that shit.
I used to know a girl who cut her dreads off and made a hat out of them, and she actually wore it around sometimes. I don't know if that was kinda cool or kinda gross. A little of both I guess.
And yes people sell hair on the internet. People sell everything on the internet.
why not sell hair?................in fact people have been selling hair for a very long time. If my memory's right O henry wrote a nice little christmas story that involved selling hair. I know someone with a collection of hair jewelry. problem is hair doesn't grow fast enough to make a living off it.
