Scabie and metalheads, born in the gutter and chained to the radiator of a squat basement for sixteen years...We are proud to announce the triumphant return, the thunderous concavity, That Crack Rock Steady beat...As the same bitches that brought you the tower-toppling Mediocre Generica on 9/11/01... As the same motherfuckers that united the gay rudies, rocked crack city, and sainted them Columbine kids...We are pleased to present... From all the way near the back of the food stamp line and straight outa mutha fuckin rehab...
It's the Good... The bad... and The Leftover Crack!!!
Siouxsie Sioux: Siouxsie and the Banshees; The Creatures
erm...i keep switching between murderdolls and...a kerrang compliation album from 2002.
on the compliation the only songs i listen to are;
wilt - distortion,
rammstein - ich will,
american head charge - just so you know,
mushroomhead- solitaire unravelling,
soulfly - seek and strike,
stone sour - get inside AND
murderdolls - dead in hollywood.
Currently I'm rocking a mix of Danzig I Luceferi and Rollins Think Tank
Scissor Sisters ( Self-titled CD )
I'm kinda digging this new SiTD - Stronghold CD a bunch. Not sure it's really out yet though. Kinda German dance-industrial, which usually isn't really my thing, but it's hot.
Atreyu!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lets see...what's in the old winamp...
Bjork - Medulla...very interesting idea to use only her voice for pretty much everything.
Billy Idol - Cyberpunk...what can I say I love the album, it makes my rotation quite heavily in the fall.
KMFDM - WWIII ...it sounds too much like XTORT and has some songs I know they want to be taken seriously but they are too dance friendly and kinda silly. Stars & Stripes is a clear example of this...catchy, kinda juvenile in it's presentation, and a bit funny at times in a BAD way. I like the song and the album but they really dropped the ball on this one. It lacks that punch of previous albums and given the issues they tackle on the album they could have done SO much better. Long time fans will stomach it...hardcore fans will praise it...but I wouldn't rank this in the top 10 of their work. The spectre of Nihil casts a massive shadow on this one...of all the albums to "copy" why XTORT???...oh well, their is always next year.
Lastly...
Prodigy - Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned...All I can really say about it is...damn glad to see them in good form. Not top form mind you but good form. The album is much tighter and more focused than they've been since the The Fat of The Land days...even has some great tunes like Hot Ride and Spitfire...now here's hoping they stay in such good form.
I like the KMFDM - Money album a lot, and yeah, that Billy Idol - Cyberpunk album is fun too. I'll have to check out the Prodigy one, it's been a while.
