    Default Haiku

Haiku ... simply stated, is a 3 line work of poetry, which doesn't need to rhyme and it is built on syllables; the first line contains five syllables, the 2nd line has seven syllables and the last five syllables. Most frequently tied into nature and or reveal some truth but let's just have fun with it. Let me give it a whirl:

    Under a dark sky,
    Waiting for a kindred soul.
    Be one with me now.

the great thing about the Klingon language is, you get more bang for your buck, syllable-wise:

    bIr'jarmeyDaq', jI
    jejbeH nuHwIj, vIDaj SaH
    jIQub jaghpuwIj

    in the cold months, I
sharpen my weapon, I test it with concern
    i think (about) my enemies.
