Default good news (for me anyways)

I've been on a diet and doing some exercising to lose some weight. I've lost 43 pounds, so now I weigh 307 lbs. That was all..... good night.

Keep it up! I remember being really put out when I jumped from 120 to 130 lbs, but I'm ok with it now since the extra weight is in all the right places.

Good for you!!! Remember, lean protein, veggies, salads, and fruits. No bread, mashed potatoes, french fries, sweets, etc. The weight will fly off!

I've cut red meat and fried foods out of my diet, it's usually something like a turkey sandwich with no mayo.. Also we get Naked Juices here and that's like a pound of fruit in a bottle, that's usually my breakfast. Plus our school has a brand new gym with pretty sweet stuff in it. So every other day I plan on being there.
