Stuffing

Sexual innuendos aside, how do you like your stuffing? I like mine with some kind of nuts and mixed up with either the gravy or the cranberry sauce or both. This year it was pecans.

I don't eat meat, so stuffing, for me, isn't stuffing but a side dish. I've made many different kinds but tend to come back to my all time favourite with bread, nuts, currants and spices.

I dont usually eat the stuff...but this year i tried one of the half dozen kinds people brought to dinner...it had mexican sausage (chorizio? SP?) and apples...and water chestnuts...it rawked!...im a southern peach so i usually go for the mashed taters and gravy! heh
