Default Not all drawings work out

Know when to hold em, when to fold em.

I just did a drawing of Scar and Voltaire, but the BB lighting is so even that the drawing, frankly, would have worked better as a line drawing in ink.

This is GOOD for photography, but not so good for drawing or painting.

I did manage to kind of get Scar's face at an angle drawn, so I don't feel so bad.

And Voltaire's got a classically beautiful face.

I was trolling through some images, looking for something to draw, when I came across a cropped version of one of the two of them (faces only). They managed to be in the perfect position making their faces tricky to draw. Measuring certain angles in the face were tricky as hell.

    Naw, I junked it.

It was one of those tossed-off drawings to practice getting proportions and shading right. I am endevouring to do one or two life drawings a day, and three to five faces a week.
