I am right now. I'm more crying from stress. Gah.. and i have no clue whats stressing me out. Besides the fact that i HATE the heat. and its fucking 80 in my room grr. i like it cold.

Hey,that happens to all of us, I think, hehe. I can really only speak for myself but I feel it's natural. If your system overloads, you get either mad or emotional, your body knows what to do for you. When the body gets over heated it's going to take a lot less to irritate you too, and frustrate you to no end. It will pass

SOmetimes it's best to let it run it's course... sometimes I can get home from the best day possible, and then something small happens (I get snapped at by my sister, say), and I'm suddenly in tears. *hugs* I hope you feel better.

You should try to figure out what makes you so pissed, otherwise those feelings might hit you again soon...
I usually try to make some music when this happens to me, creativity gets boosted by strong emotions. (I think I've written my best songs on days like that...)

Heat will totally do that, if you don't have the constitution for it. Totally there with ya. My #1 requirement when I got my current place was that it had to have frosty central AC. My brother has to wear a coat most times when he comes over.

I agree on the AC part, I was in HEAVEN when i was at my moms it was allways like 50...good times.
