Ahhh cant sleep!

Im fucked I cant get to sleep and I have karate in 8 hours, then another 4.5-6 hours of extra karate after that.
I havent had any caffeine in almost 2 days, and its ben almost a year since I last had this problem.
Any one hav any suggestions?

Have you ever tried Benadryl?
Or some other generic diphenhydramine brand?

have you tried a joint saturated in cough syrup?

I read about it on some christian website that tries to get kids not to do drugs by telling them how to acquire and do drugs. I'm not sure how that is supposed to work.

Weed is wonderful to help one sleep... Unless its hyper weed, and kicks in the brain functions, and ya stay one sheep away from sleep...while the brain runs wildly.


It can be a wonderful sleep aid. No hangover.

I have never smoked one thats been satted in cough syrup, though.

I did it on 3.5 hours of sleep!
And both lessons went over so I was doing 8.5 hours of karate but I have almost perfected my 1st kata (Tokyo Shogun) so I will go straight for my yellow belt, AND my legs have stopped hurting in time for todays lesson.

Maybe you just dont like kids.
I got my Gi today!
Its a canvas one so it really helps and is very comfy.
When we do a move proply we can tell by the noise the Gi makes.
